Shipping policy

Where We Ship We currently ship Australia-wide. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Carrier All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Shipping Rates Shipping is calculated by the total weight of your order at checkout. 

Processing Time Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed.

Delivery Timeframes Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location:

• Metro areas: 2–5 business days
• Regional areas: 5–10 business days

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number.

Sender Address For privacy reasons, orders are dispatched from a PO Box address. This will appear on your parcel label.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date passing and we'll lodge an enquiry with Australia Post on your behalf.
